Responsibilities:

  • Assures competitiveness of product through promotions, place of distribution and price marketing.
  • Recruits, trains, and handles sales team for an effective and efficient sale.
  • Promotes harmonious relationships with the sales groups and provides excellent customer service.
  • Conducts marketing operations such as pre-closing to closing of sales, after-sales services and preparation of sales incentives and commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs various duties for project development which includes coordinating with a variety of groups and other departments to achieve project development objectives.
  • Coordinates with different government agencies to secure necessary permits and licenses required in property development
  • Assists in land acquisition stage such as site inspection and checking of initial documents
  • Represents the team in other external affairs related to the project such as community relations and government
  • Secures renews and updates permits and licenses for various projects.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any business-related course.
  • Candidates who passed the licensure examination for Civil Engineering has an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Background knowledge in AutoCAD and Real Estate industry is a definite plus.
  • Must be personable and possess good communication skills.
  • Candidates must be willing to do fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project from inception to completion with a commitment to high-quality standards
  • Prepares Construction Drawings, Design Drawings and detailing
  • Prepares detailed cost estimates if needed
  • Coordinate all construction drawings (architectural, structural, landscape, etc.)
  • Liaise with business units, consultants and contractors
  • Deals with all levels of the organization and with various project teams

Requirements:

  • With experience in Architectural and Civil works of any kind (commercial and residential)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD / SketchUp / Photoshop
  • Must be keen to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adept in establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with various project teams
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Processes day to day financial transactions
  • Prepares bank reconciliation
  • Assists in other reporting requirements
  • Assists in monitoring of branch documents

Requirements:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any Accounting or Finance related course
  • Must be detailed-oriented and a team player
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Those with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements will have an advantage
  • Preferably with at least 1-year work experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the company receives accurate payment in a timely fashion.
  • Supports collection efforts thru mail, phone call and other digital means of sending collection notices.
  • Obtains client information and verifies concerns through phone calls and emails.
  • Provides prompt responses thru verbal or written communication.
  • Performs account/payment reconciliations
  • Creates and properly maintains credit history files.
  • Offers account settlement options to delinquent accounts.

  • Strong planning and multi-tasking skills; flexible, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Must be organized, flexible, analytical and resilient when trying to resolve a collection issue

  • Provides full administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Promotes services and products offered by the chapel to prospected clients.
