A memorial lawn lot is one of the most popular product types and inventory of Golden Haven Memorial Parks. The lawn lot is a memorial property designed for underground interment. It is characterized by carpets of green grass and flat ground markers. A typical lawn lot property has a lot area of 2.5 square meters with a dimension of 1 meter by 2.5 meters long. Moreover, it can hold up to two (2) fresh bodies, with not more than two (2) sets of bones or cinerary remains.

A garden plot which is also known as a memorial garden is a property that’s also designed for underground interment. The garden plot package is characterized by three (3) adjacent lawn lots and a low-raised memorial structure. The property has an area of 7.32 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of six (6) bodies, with not more than six (6) sets of bones or cinerary remains.
A family patio or a family terrace is a type of memorial property that’s also designed for underground interment. Characterized by at least two (2) adjacent lawn lots and a flat memorial marker, this property has a total lot area of five (5) square meters. The family patio can accommodate a total of four (4) fresh bodies, with not more than (4) sets of bones or cinerary remains.
Different lot sizes are available to cater to your needs. 3-lot, 4-lot, and 5-lot family patio properties can be purchased depending on your preferred area or budget.
A family estate is a type of memorial property designed for building mausoleums. Various sizes and configurations are available to suit any family’s requirements. Mausoleums can have an open or closed structure, and a family estate can house multiple interments. The design and construction of mausoleums are usually shouldered by the owner. However, if you buy your family estate at Golden Haven, you can choose from any of our beautiful free designs or what we call “The Golden Shrines”! This way, you’ll only need to spend money on construction.
A columbary vault is designed to hold urns. With a dimension of 1x1x1.5 feet, one Golden Haven vault can hold up to four (4) regular-sized urns.
If columbaries are made to hold ashes, ossuaries are designed to keep bone remains. A typical ossuary property has a dimension of 30 x 40 x 60 centimeters and can house one (1) set of bone remains. Although, if you require an ossuary property that can hold more, there are other packages available. For instance, Golden Haven has an ossuary package that can house four (4) sets of bones. The prices will, of course, vary depending on the size and location.
The newest product of Golden Haven, an apartment niche is another excellent memorial property option. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and lush greeneries, this type of property can house 1 fresh body and 1 set of bone remains.
